The 2026 Lunar Collective Retreat Recap (in pictures)

Our lives are stories built of small moments. Ordinary experiences. It is too easy to forget that our days are adding up to something astonishing. We do not often stop to notice the signs and wonders. The writing on the wall.

But some days we do.

Somewhere, somehow, I hosted four annual Lunar Collective Retreats. That baffles me in the same way I feel when I look at my teenage son and swear he was a toddler three weeks ago.

Perplexed, grateful, content. Those are words to describe watching a dream and a child grow before my very eyes.

Once again, I was elated at the chance to lead a team of talented women and watch them come together and build a sacred container of sharing divine wisdom. The Lunar Collective has evolved over the years, and this year I honed the focus in on the triangular theme of yoga, astrology and Ayurveda

To see what we've done each year, check out the annual retreat recaps:

It's become my annual ritual to pause and take in the landscape upon arrival. I get excited thinking about how each person may feel as they drive towards the farm for a day of soul tending.

Here you can see the yoga barn through the trees.

One of the coolest features this year that I noticed was many women came in groups or pairs, more so than any other year. I loved to watch them learn and stretch together. It was so beautiful!

The astrology workshop I presented, Ancient Wisdom + Individual Purpose, explored the Sun's meaning in Ancient Hellenistic Astrology, our purpose and just how wildly unique we all are. We considered this and discussed how the torch of the astrological time of year in which we are born is carried within each of us. The dimensions of the interplay between light and dark through each zodiacal sign offer a nuanced form of beauty that speaks deeply to a soul seeded in that soil.

Perhaps one of the most fun parts for me was seeing the collective piece of art that we made as a group by expressing our unique purpose on paper and using them to create a collage of sunshine underneath of a layer of string, representing how we are all connected simultaneously.

I often wish we had more time, or more space, but the truth is that the time and space are always exactly what we need. Perfectly so. I think that might be why the event is so magical year after year, it's contained. Powerful yet manageable.

There are always things I forget, like a group photo this year. But I did get this selfie with Kate, one of my besties who basically runs the event the day of! This was us in the gorgeous barn just before Jennie's calming yoga class where she sang and chanted soothing everyone's nervous system. Kate fell asleep in savasana and said she was chasing a butterfly.  : )-

I am so grateful for this opportunity to host The Lunar Collective Retreat yet again and to work with so many talented women (both attendees and facilitators). I learn so much each year.

There seems to be a magical bond that ties even tighter when the day simmers down and the few of us who are sleeping over sit by candlelight and process the day.

Kate took this picture of me and I love it because it somehow captures the happiness I feel about this retreat.

I feel happy to have found the farm and became friends with Layla.

I feel happy to have met so many amazing humans through this work and to build community, which I am deeply passionate about.

I feel happy to have helpers and friends on this path.

I feel happy to be sitting on a new yoga mat that my love got for me.

I feel happy to be healthy to serve and share what excites me.

I also felt happy to know the day was winding down because the weeks, days and hours that lead up to the retreat are an intense amount of prep, cooking, shopping and packing. Rest was on the horizon!

Until next time...continue considering what is being illuminated through you.

What is possible because you exist?

xo,

Marjorie
