What Are We Devoting Ourselves To?
"I have no right to call myself one who knows. I was one who seeks, and I still am, but I no longer seek in the stars or in books; I'm beginning to hear the teachings of my blood pulsing within me. My story isn't pleasant, it's not sweet and harmonious like the invented stories: it tastes of folly and bewilderment, of madness and dream, like the life of all people who no longer want to lie to themselves."
I wrote this piece on Devotion to challenge myself to put my priorities under the microscope.
I wrote these words to remind myself (and you!) that we are all just as much a part of the mystery, even if we aren't famous sages or quantum physicists.
We all have so much buried deep within. Without looking, how can it be found?
Thanks for being here and please enjoy as you take a minute to reflect on what lies within your magnificent self.
So inspiring Mo! Xo
