The Changing Self Inside of a Changing World
I don't write general horoscopes and this is for two specific reasons:
- I love talking at length about individual transits and horoscopes don't have the ability to access the kind of nuance that really makes astrological analysis exciting for me as a practitioner.
- There are so many other people who already do this really well!
The changing self is forever emerging, and we are all living together through a time of collective change.
This feels very disruptive and unsettling.
One of the ways that we can contribute to committing to our authentic self while contributing to society is hitting pause on the intake (the constant noise of what the outside world thinks we should be and do) and learning to cultivate an inner listening.
This alone is a tall order.
In my experience, this is where astrology can be best used to support our excavation of individual purpose. This may be through consultation or direct study of the ancient techniques.
Either path facilitates a deeper understanding of the perpetually changing self as we try to navigate an everchanging world.
